October 31, 2022 to November 1, 2022 Palo Duro State Park Texas
I live in my RV full time and have visited some pretty amazing outdoor places in Colorado, Utah and Arizona, to name a few. When I decided to travel through Texas to eventually have Thanksgiving with my friend, Hunter, I had no expectations of this giant state except that it’s expansive!
I’ll admit I was hopeful to find locations for hiking and quiet places to stay. I found neither that often except in the state parks I camped.
This is Palo Duro Texas State Park. It’s my first experience with a Texas state park and, boy, was I pleasantly surprised with the park’s beauty, wildness, hiking trails and cool camping!
Thank You for Stopping By!
