My Crazy 4 Week Challenge : Work Out 6 Days a Week!

Last month I got this wacky idea to vlog everyday for the month of October. I made it 28 out of the 31 days! Not bad.

I found myself enjoying the challenge of pushing myself to my limits just a bit everyday for a goal. There’s something satisfying about completing or nearly completing a challenge.

Since my first unofficial challenge in October was a blast, ok, maybe just fun, I figured I try another one for November.

Can I workout 6 days a week for 30 minutes or more for the month of November?

I figure if I can complete this challenge, I can form a good habit of either hiking, riding my bike, walking or going to the gym 4-5 days a week no problem, right? I sure hope so.
